The delivery time is 15 working days on average, necessary to guarantee the exceptional quality of each piece.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
As our creations are entirely personalized , we do not offer refunds, in accordance with current French law.
However, in the event of a design error or defect covered by French law, we will offer you a suitable replacement .
What is the warranty on jewelry?
All our jewelry is covered by a 10-year warranty against any abnormal deterioration (excluding loss, accidental breakage or improper use).
Is your jewelry truly personalized?
Yes. Each piece is created to order, with your text, first name, word or initials , cut and worked with extreme precision .
Our workshops create each piece of jewelry by hand , for a unique and careful finish.
Can I modify my order after validation?
We start production quickly after payment. If you want to make a change, you can contact us within the day so we can make the change if possible, but we cannot guarantee the change.
What if my jewelry deteriorates?
All our jewelry is guaranteed for 10 years against any abnormal deterioration (tarnish, rust, etc.).
This warranty does not cover breakage due to accident or misuse.
Can I give this jewel to someone?
Absolutely. Our personalized creations are often chosen as meaningful gifts : birthdays, births, love, friendship, etc.
The unboxing experience is premium , and we never include an invoice in the package.
